Danièle Caron, B.Sc. Kin., MHSc.OT., OT Reg. (Ont.)
Danièle Caron is a registered Occupational Therapist with the province of Ontario and the province of Quebec. She graduated from the University of Moncton with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and completed a Master's of Health Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Ottawa. She provides OT services in both French and English.
During her clinical training, Danièle acquired experience working with children and youth in clinical and community settings. Her most recent experiences include children on the autism spectrum and school aged children requiring assistance with fine and gross motor, sensory processing and social skills. She is currently being mentored by Heather Hodgins-Chan, our senior OT in Kanata, and learning firsthand about the latest sensory approaches for a variety of conditions, including trauma.
Danièle is highly motivated and continues to develop her skills in pediatrics through courses and reading up the latest findings in treatment approaches. In her spare time, Danièle enjoys riding her bike, playing with her dog, reading and playing board games.
