Chanyque graduated with an Honours BSc in Human Kinetics in 2014 and completed a Master’s of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2016, both at the University of Ottawa. Although she is only recently graduated, she has experience working with kids after being the Assistant Coordinator of the Gee-Gees Sports Camps for 4 years. It was there that she developed the desire to promote health and wellness within the pediatric population.
Whether it be sports injuries, concussion management or gross motor delays, Chanyque has a passion for pediatric physiotherapy in all its forms. She is continuing her post-graduate education and has training in Cervical Articular Dysfunctions and Infantile Torticollis, Prevention, Detection and Management of Concussions as well as an introduction to Dynamic Core for Kids. She intends on pursuing other courses as well, in order to deliver high standard services.
Chanyque is fully bilingual and was raised in a small town in Eastern Ontario where she developed a love for nature and the outdoors. She plays competitive soccer and hockey and truly enjoys travelling.
